That’s not okay to say to Kathy, who needs to be called out as a creep, and it’s not okay for his son to hear “a woman making you uncomfortable isn’t cool if she’s not young or hot”. He should let either of his kids, regardless of gender, know that ANYONE making them uncomfortable needs to stop, regardless of how others view them. He kind of told his son that if Kathy was young and hot, that might be okay. It isn’t.
