I may have gone to far in saying E S H are rape apologists. But my viewpoint was because people were saying he should have been “nicer” etc. I’ve asked the following in a few comments and want to include b/c I think it explains why I don’t think his words made him AH. But I may be biased by personal experience. Sincere question: if he said ugly and old becauseShe would have cried if you screamed NO!! as loud as you could. It would have caused a scene. She would have been embarrassed. But you would have been right.

I’m not sure what it’s like where you are, but here in the Great White North, there is a lot of solidarity between the Black and Indigenous rights movements. Black Lives Matter and Idle No More have collaborated before and their messaging often includes each other’s concerns. Often both groups work together with Pride movements as well.
