When those views are exposed though, they need to be dealt with rather than coddled. If they are allowing political views to influence their work product and that work product is saving lives, any institution that gives them credibility by continuing to acknowledge them loses their own.
There's a good nursing school at the community college near me and a lot of the idiots in the area are more than capable of passing. Then they get out into the world and want to be treated with reverence. Who gives a shit if you're a nurse? look at what you guys are willing to accept.

I’m not sure what it’s like where you are, but here in the Great White North, there is a lot of solidarity between the Black and Indigenous rights movements. Black Lives Matter and Idle No More have collaborated before and their messaging often includes each other’s concerns. Often both groups work together with Pride movements as well.
