Yep, my dad is a pilot and could have really benefitted from therapy and possibly mild antidepressants in recent years. (His anxiety was through the roof to the point where his sleep suffered.) His main reason for not seeking professional help was that he was afraid his license would be revoked. It sucks.I don't know. I don't know the overall suicide rate. I do personally know one person who committed suicide and in the note they said they were afraid to get help. It was a very sad situation.

My wife gave birth to our first child on a Saturday back in March. Our school system shut down the following Monday. I taught my classes from home for the rest of the year and have since been on summer break. 6 uninterrupted months of time with my son. If they told me I had to go into a COVID disaster waiting to happen like what’s going on in this photo... maybe I’d try to sue, but I would 100% quit. No amount of money is worth endangering my son, and there will (mark my words) be a MASSIVE teacher shortage because of this complete buffoonery. So, the gutting of our diplomatic corps, the systemic attack on the department of justice, the systemic defunding of the post office and veterans and affairs are Trump draining the swamp.
