I 100% agree with this. I think it's a light ESH, because Kathy is 100% a creep and her behavior was unacceptable. I think OP is justified in wanting her to leave and sincerely apologize, but I think that his wording doesn't really accomplish addressing what I feel is most wrong about the situation (that a person was harassing and pressuring someone else in a sexual manner, regardless of age, looks, gender, etc).
